Title: Language Barrier for Scientists
Nowadays researchers according to their grants or contracts have to present the scientific results at the conferences, articles and mass media reports. Publishing abstracts for conferences, articles or writing e-mail is common and the easiest way for the scientist to communicate with foreign colleagues. Researchers save their time with the help of translation services but they also save themselves from improving language skills and built dramatic barrier for offline presentation their work. Fear of being misunderstood leads to simplification of language tools. Avoiding of special terms in oral reports generates different interpretations of the same concepts and vice versa using the general English for descriptions of scientific phenomena leads to simplification of the scientific idea and loss of important details of the discovery.
